National Housing Authority
The National Housing Authority (NHA) is the government agency responsible for public housing in the Philippines.
Negative Equity
Negative equity occurs when the value of real estate property falls below the outstanding balance on the mortgage used to purchase that property. Negative equity is calculated by taking the current market value of the property and subtracting the balance on the outstanding mortgage.
Negotiable
Capable of being negotiated; assignable or transferable in the ordinary course of business.
Net Listing
A listing which provides that the agent may retain as compensation for his services all sums received over and above a net price to the owner.
Net Operating Income (NOI)
Net operating income (NOI) is a calculation used to analyze the profitability of income-generating real estate investments. NOI equals all revenue from the property, minus all reasonably necessary operating expenses.
Net Worth
Financial resources or other wealth belonging to a particular person, especially when used for investment purposes. The value of all of a person's assets, including cash, minus all liabilities.
No-Appraisal Refinancing
A no-appraisal mortgage is a type of home loan refinancing for which the lender does not require an appraisal, meaning an independent opinion of the property's current fair market value is not necessary.

Mortgage notes are a written promise to repay a specified sum of money plus interest at a specified rate and length of time to fulfill the promise. A signed written instrument acknowledging a debt and promising payment.
